The SAP Field Services Transformation & Digital Tools Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across the Field Services (FS) organization by leading SAP-related projects, ensuring successful tool integration, process optimization, governance, and digital transformation. This role is key to improving efficiency, standardizing execution, and enabling data‑driven decision-making across countries. You will lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP and other global FS tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and digital applications. Key Responsibilities SAP Integration & Deployment (Core Focus) Lead SAP implementation and integration projects within the Field Services organization. Ensure effective rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of SAP modules related to FS operations. Act as the subject matter expert on SAP process flows, data dependencies, and cross‑module integration. Drive change management and user enablement to maximize tool utilization. Identify gaps, define requirements, and collaborate with IT and global teams for enhancements and system upgrades. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement Deploy end‑to‑end FS service processes, playbooks, and operating models, ensuring compliance across countries. Lead initiatives under the Annual Execution Plan (AEP), covering Safety, Cybersecurity, Productivity, Tendering & Delivery, and readiness for new offer launches. Optimize productivity and efficiency across all execution activities, including: Standard time and labor utilization Workforce planning and structure ratios Overtime and billable utilization Cost optimization (warranty costs, project GM, subcontracting costs) Digital Tools & Applications Champion digitalization across Field Services through rollout and enablement of global applications and productivity tools. Ensure proper adoption of FS Execution tools (including Ecostruxure platforms and global digital applications). Lead FSR enablement programs and cybersecurity-related initiatives. Business Analytics & Governance Act as the analytics hub for the FS Execution team. Monitor KPIs, trends, and deviations through dashboards and business intelligence systems. Provide insights to improve execution, including: Footprint and coverage Product failure rates Timesheet adherence Efficiency dashboards Open work orders and backlog management Lead Balanced Scorecard reporting for FS Execution. Build and maintain project governance structures to ensure successful execution of all strategic initiatives. Continuous Improvement & SPS Deployment Drive continuous improvement initiatives, SPS methodologies, and performance excellence programs across the execution organization. Key Success Factors Ability to influence, build trust, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. High level of ownership, initiative, and problem‑solving. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) FS Execution Balanced Scorecard improvement. Productivity gains translated into P&L (workforce efficiency, subcontracting, project GM improvement, supply chain impact). Quality and timeliness of analytics and reporting. SAP integration success metrics (adoption, error reduction, data quality, process compliance). Qualifications Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Requirements Mandatory experience leading SAP projects , including implementation, integration, deployment, or migration. Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to Field Services (e.g., CS, PM, SD, MM). Experience with Field Service operations, processes, and financial drivers. Background in digital transformation, tools adoption, and operational excellence is a strong advantage. Languages Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
