ABOUT THIS ROLE The role of a Privacy Counsel at Euronet involves supporting legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams by providing basic data protection and privacy guidance, under supervision, to help manage privacy risks and support business needs., • Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements in cooperation with local internal counsel, and support negotiations with third parties., • Support EU Privacy Consultants in addressing local regulatory requirements and day‑to‑day compliance topics., • Assist in the preparation and review of Data Privacy Notices and Cookie Notices for company websites and applications., • Support documentation of data processing activities, including identifying lawful bases for processing, data transfers, and contributing to Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)., • Monitor developments in EU and local data protection regulations and help share relevant updates with the Privacy Office and business stakeholders while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
