We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Support team member to work and assist our team in Barcelona during a key project implementation period. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international and vibrant environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Customer Service and Logistics team with daily operational tasks. Manage and track customer orders, shipments, and documentation until billing. Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution. Assist in data entry, reporting, and project-related coordination. Help improve processes and maintain accurate records. Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain support is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with SAP system. A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A college degree is a must.
