In this role, you will lead the growth and performance of an outsourced model of investment advisors by defining and evolving the channel and commercial strategy, while steering the external provider responsible for delivering the service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, customer understanding, and data-driven decision-making to shape a high-impact advice service and unlock sustainable business growth. /p pYou will join the Investments Advice Team as part of the broader Investment Area, working closely with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, data, and technology. This role offers broad exposure, strong collaboration across functions, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both customer value and business performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libDefine and lead the commercial strategy /b Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the advisory service, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross-selling, retention, and long-term value creation. /li libDefine and evolve the service model /b Design and evolve the advisory service model by defining how different client segments are served, how advisory interactions are delivered, and how internal teams and the outsourced provider work together to support growth, customer value, and scalability. /li libImprove sales and service performance /b Monitor and optimize key business and sales indicators, such as conversion, productivity, customer engagement, and service effectiveness, identifying opportunities to accelerate commercial performance. /li libWork cross-functionally to accelerate growth /b Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, compliance, data, and technology teams to improve the advisory proposition, strengthen execution, and scale the business effectively. /li libEnhance the client and advisor experience /b Ensure that both clients and advisory teams have the right journeys, tools, content, training, and support to create clear, effective, and compliant interactions. /li libMake strategic decisions based on data /b Use customer insights, segmentation, business performance data, and funnel analytics to guide strategic priorities, commercial actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li libCoordinate a complex delivery ecosystem /b Manage performance across internal teams and the outsourced provider involved in service delivery, ensuring alignment, quality standards, customer focus, and commercial excellence. /li /ol h3Profile We Are Looking For /h3 ul libProven experience in channel and commercial strategy, sales performance, or business growth roles /b, ideally in advisory, financial services, or other consultative sales environments where customer value and business results go hand in hand. /li libStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills /b, with the ability to translate data into actions, priorities, and measurable business outcomes. /li libSolid understanding of investment products and advisory services /b, especially in areas such as mutual funds, wealth solutions, or customer investment journeys. /li libExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /b, with the ability to influence diverse teams, build alignment, and connect commercial, operational, and customer priorities. /li libExperience working in cross-functional environments /b, partnering with teams such as product, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, data, or technology. /li libExperience managing outsourced or partner-led sales and service models /b, with the ability to steer performance, align incentives, and ensure high-quality execution, will be a strong advantage. /li libCustomer-focused mindset /b, with a clear interest in improving both client experience and frontline team effectiveness. /li libCollaborative and team-oriented approach /b, able to build alignment, create momentum, and work effectively in complex organizations. /li libCuriosity, commercial drive, and a continuous improvement mindset /b, with a genuine interest in customer behaviour, sales effectiveness, and innovation in advisory models. /li /ul h3What Do We Offer /h3 h3Be flexible my friend /h3 pOur model is all about flexibility and accountability.
