Role Description Sr. Sales agent - What will you do and what is expected? • Independently manage your own leads, which are inbound and distributed by a partner, • Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make follow-up calls, meet up with customers for property viewings, assess business goals through qualifying, work with sales and marketing and close the deal, • Utilize online and offline sources to cultivate additional leads and develop/maintain your pipeline, • Utilize social media to promote properties and attract organic clients, • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales target, • Provide data and insight to partners for strategic business planning on a monthly basis Listing Manager - What will you do and what is expected? • Develop short term and long term goals and KPI for Listing department, • Develop a listing department within CarlingPetri (what), • Develop a listing strategy jointly with marketing and co-founders (how), • Create a budget in order to achieve above mentioned goals, • Addressing any people need that might occur to implement the strategy (e.g. door knocking staff), • Work jointly with our listing assistant and marketing to ensure we have consistency in our direct and exclusive listings. This role does not include: • creating listings in MLS, • obtaining material for listings, • monitoring listings on Portals, • Listing contracts (apart from your own listings) Implementation CarlingPetri expects that the majority of Your time will be devoted towards Sales Agent work however with an emphasis during the first few weeks to set the structure for the Listing Department as a number of workshops will have to be held to set the structure. Once the listing departments grows we will have to revert to the allocation to see what makes sense and if additional personal must be hired to handle the increased number of listings. Qualifications • Proven sales skills, contract negotiation abilities, and client relationship management experience, • Proficiency in marketing strategies, property listing management, and creating promotional materials, • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, • Fluency in English and Spanish, • Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales processes, and industry-specific tools, • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, • Ability to work on-site in Marbella and engage with clients face-to-face, • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred We offer a competitive uncapped commission and the potential to grow on your own listings and that of other agents.
