ISP Regional Student Futures Coordinator Role Profile Purpose of Role As the Regional Student Futures Coordinator, you are uniquely positioned to support and collaborate with a wide spectrum of colleagues within and across schools, the Regional Team, and the Central ISP Learning and Innovation Team. Your role is critical to the implementation and success of the International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS) and Future Pathways (FP), as well as other Student Futures initiatives in your region. Key Responsibilities Overarching Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for ILOS and other Student Futures initiatives., • Contribute to the vision for ILOS & Student Futures in the region to promote learning and engagement., • Collaborate with regional colleagues, the central team and schools to develop, coordinate, promote and support the programmes., • Host an in‑person ILOS program in the region., • Develop and run a Regional ILOS programme., • Support onboarding of new schools into the ILOS & Student Futures pillars., • Support and review schools in the evaluation of the ILOS & Student Futures pillars., • Train admissions and marketing teams on Student Futures offerings. Evidence of Learning • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and gather examples of student success and celebrate achievements., • Ensure consistency in learning, roadmap and destination data for programmes collected regionally. Communication and Collaboration • Promote ILOS and, where possible, Student Futures initiatives within schools, tailored to: SLT, School Coordinators, Programme Coordinators, Future Pathways Advisors and Leads, Students and Parents., • Adapt promotional materials to communicate purpose and value (translations, communication pieces, social media posts, etc.)., • Ensure staff, student and parent communications about ILOS and FPP are impactful and support the ISP brand., • Collaborate with Regional Coordinators across the ISP Group to share best practice and maintain consistency., • Share initiatives, successes and failures with colleagues to encourage shared learning. Operations • Oversee and coordinate registration processes, payments, deadlines and other administrative tasks for programmes, including awards and student recognitions., • Support the Head of University Partnerships and the Head of Future Pathways in developing regional relationships with universities, employers and alumni., • Implement speaker series and other Future Pathways initiatives regionally., • Coordinate and support schools with travel arrangements related to programmes., • Work with Health & Safety teams to ensure programmes comply with ISP policies and procedures. Monitoring & Evaluation • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the monitoring and evaluation of regional programmes. Skills, Qualifications and Experience • Located in the region., • Willing to travel to schools., • Passionate about education in an international context., • Highly organized with attention to detail., • Excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills., • Team player with a proactive work ethic and problem‑solving mindset., • Flexible, self‑aware and resilient., • Positive and hard‑working., • Knowledge of project management and administration., • Understanding of education or working within a school environment., • Understanding of safeguarding, child protection., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Experience working in an international environment., • Capacity to manage workload and meet deadlines., • Strong IT skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint., • Fluency in English and the main local or regional language.
