Comunicar a la recepción del hotel las habitaciones y suites que han sido limpiadas y listas para el check-in o, en su caso, ingresar los datos correspondientes en los sistemas automatizados de gestión de la propiedad, garantizando la correcta actualización y flujo de información. Realizar la limpieza inicial de las habitaciones, verificando minuciosamente el inventario de cada una para asegurarse de que todo esté completo y en buen estado. Asignar las habitaciones a los encargados de la limpieza de habitaciones y suites, asegurando que cada área se gestione de manera eficiente y conforme a los estándares del hotel. Supervisar los horarios de trabajo del personal asignado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los turnos establecidos, así como la distribución eficiente de las tareas para maximizar la productividad y el rendimiento del equipo. Gestionar y supervisar el programa de objetos perdidos, asegurándose de que todos los artículos encontrados sean correctamente registrados y entregados a su dueño, siguiendo los protocolos del hotel para la correcta custodia y manejo de estos bienes. Their mission is to provide technical support to ensure the optimal operation of facilities, equipment, and any other infrastructure elements. They will also assist in institute events in relation to associated resources and the overall development of the center. The person will report to the Head of Infrastructure at the IJC.
