THE OPPORTUNITY: Title: Senior Network Engineer Location: Madrid, Spain - 100% remote role Flexibility for occasional travel Permanent role, full time employee Primary purpose of the role: The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for the operational excellence of our global network managed services, assuring reliable, responsive and secure operations. Nos encontramos ampliando nuestro equipo de especialistas en las soluciones de Atlassian con el fin de garantizar a nuestros clientes la mejor calidad y seguir creciendo en esta área. Incorporamos un/a Consultor/a Senior Atlassian que lidere proyectos de implantación en grandes clientes de diferentes sectores , con experiencia en la definición de soluciones, la gestión de proyectos complejos y la participación en procesos de preventa. Funciones principales: Definir y proponer soluciones a las problemáticas del cliente con productos Atlassian (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence y productos del Marketplace). Diseñar la solución a implementar en diferentes instancias Atlassian (Cloud y Data Center). Liderar la implantación, parametrización y administración de las soluciones. Definir automatismos y optimizar procesos en las instancias. Coordinar la adopción de la solución por parte de los usuarios. Participar en procesos de preventa mediante preparación de propuestas técnicas, demos y enfoque de soluciones. Requisitos: Experiencia de 5 años en implantación y administración de soluciones Atlassian (JSW, JSM y Confluence). Experiencia liderando proyectos en clientes corporativos. Certificaciones Atlassian finalizadas. Otros requerimientos: Conocimiento del ecosistema Atlassian y de las aplicaciones del marketplace. Capacidad para documentar procesos, flujos de trabajo y configuraciones. Experiencia en metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban). Habilidades de comunicación, presentación y trabajo en equipo. Nivel de inglés deseable para colaborar en proyectos internacionales. Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y adaptación a diferentes entornos. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
