Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as Cloud Backup Engineer! What do you need to fulfill this job? At least 5 years experience managing Backup Infrastructure Experience managing and working with remote teams Ability to document procedures, create runbooks, and maintain knowledge bases. Experience working with multi-national environment English level (min B2) Backup tool administrator (CommVault preferible.) Also valid: NetBackup or Networker Strong experience as an enterprise backup administrator. Hands-on expertise with CommVault, NetBackup, EMC Networker, or equivalent backup solutions. Experience in backup policies creation, job scheduling, restore/recovery operations, and troubleshooting backup failures. Familiarity with backup reporting, monitoring dashboards, and alerts. Knowledge of data retention policies, archiving, and disaster recovery procedures. Storage & OS Administration Basic to intermediate experience with Windows and Linux system administration. Understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS, Nutanix, VMware vSAN, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot storage-related issues affecting backup performance. Automation & Scripting - Knowledge of PowerShell. Desde Shakers estamos colaborando con una startup de IA con base en Barcelona que está construyendo un producto muy potente desde cero. Estamos buscando un/a Backend Engineer para sumarse al equipo core tech. La posición es 100% remota , pero si estás en Barcelona o cerca, ¡mejor! Les gustaría poder compartir ideas de vez en cuando en persona. Qué buscamos: Experiencia (4+ años) construyendo sistemas en producción Dominio de Python y Go Conocimiento sólido en arquitectura hexagonal (imprescindible) Trabajo con Docker (si sabes algo de Kubernetes, suma) Familiaridad con GCP , sistemas distribuidos, diseño de bases de datos, y arquitectura orientada a eventos Entornos SaaS (multitenencia, auth, billing) Español fluido, inglés recomendable Valoramos mucho los side projects, la curiosidad y las ganas de construir más que un CV tradicional ¿Qué ofrecemos?
