Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Global Distribution Supply Planner to take full ownership of developing and executing the net requirements plan for finished goods within a designated franchise portfolio. This role is essential to our ambition of becoming a top‐quartile global supply chain. 6 months project. You will report directly to the Global Supply Chain Planning Manager and act as the primary link between market supply chain teams and manufacturing site planning teams. Key Responsibilities: • Finished goods net requirements plans considering inventory availability, target stock levels, customer demand, and production output., • Forecast inventory levels, define safety stock, identify deviations from targets, and manage market replenishment., • Analyze demand, inventory, lead times, and network flows to create optimal distribution plans balancing service levels and cost., • Provide insights on risks and required actions during weekly Sales & Operations Execution meetings., • Continuously improve DRP processes to ensure timely and accurate product delivery to global markets., • Work closely with global and market supply chain teams, business stakeholders, and manufacturing sites to align distribution plans with business objectives., • Track key metrics (DIFC, OTIF, Inventory Turns, E2E OLT, SLOB) and implement corrective actions., • Partner with site distribution/logistics teams to ensure timely and cost‐effective deliveries. Education & Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related analytical fields., • 5+ years in supply chain planning (pharma, OTC, life sciences, FMCG)., • Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management, and demand variability., • Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools (Anaplan / Oracle / Infor M3 preferred)., • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot) and experience with PowerBI. xqysrnh, • APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) and programming skills are a plus. Location: Barcelona – Global Capability Center Work Model: Remote possible, with regular travel to Alby‐sur‐Chéran (France) Travel Requirement: 2–3 times/week during initial phase Start Date: As soon as possible Rate: 32. € per year Languages: Fluent English (French/Spanish a plus)
