ppbPerformance Marketing Product Owner (MarTech) /b – Barcelona, eDreams ODIGEO /p pThis role sits at the intersection of Data, Engineering, Analytics, and Media platforms, ensuring that all customer interactions and marketing activities are accurately captured, measured, and compliant with evolving regulations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liReporting to the Head of Marketing Measurement Data Activation, you will define the data‑enablement roadmap for each media platform (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and measurement partner (e.g., Appsflyer, Google Analytics). /li liYou will orchestrate, together with a dedicated engineering team, the implementation of web and app tracking, audience creation, and data feeds for marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure our tracking framework remains fully aligned with GDPR and privacy requirements. /li liDefine and lead the media tracking and data activation agenda—setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and ensuring robust, timely, and future‑proof implementations across all channels and platforms. /li liAdvise marketing teams on technical feasibility and guide them on how new marketing strategies can be operationalized and measured. /li liDefine specifications for event tracking across web and mobile (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, SDKs, Data Layers) and coordinate implementation with the dedicated engineering team. /li liBuild and manage audience segments across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Criteo, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, and additional DSPs. /li liAudit existing tracking implementations for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and establish processes for ongoing monitoring and validation. /li liTroubleshoot tracking and tagging issues, working closely with development teams to identify root causes and implement fixes. /li liConduct ad‑hoc analyses to detect tracking gaps, quantify business impact, and evaluate the value of new or improved tracking implementations. /li liDocument tracking setups, audience definitions, and compliance decisions to ensure transparency, scalability and smooth handover. /li liStay current on new products, features, and best practices across media and measurement platforms. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in analytics implementation, MarTech, AdTech, or closely related fields. /li liMaster’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Chemistry, etc.). /li liExpertise with implementing conversion tracking across marketing platforms (pixel, CAPI, API/Events, Enhanced Conversions or equivalent), as well as audience setup, product/data feed catalogues, conversion windows, and attribution configurations. /li liStrong understanding of web and app analytics fundamentals, including event structures, conversion tracking, and data layer design. /li liExperience with the tracking and measurement ecosystems of major media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, Criteo, and others. /li liExceptional attention to detail with a rigorous approach to accuracy and quality. Problem‑solving mindset, strong troubleshooting and QA capabilities.
