Digital Marketing Specialist At Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join our Marketing team, playing a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns and automated email marketing strategies to promote the organization’s sporting events. You will be responsible for owning and managing all paid media channels, leading email automation strategies, and building and maintaining the CRM ecosystem, ensuring efficient lead management and audience engagement. ABOUT THE ROLE Your mission will be to drive online sales and brand visibility by managing performance-driven digital strategies in a dynamic, agile, and exciting environment. • Own, plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital networks., • Take full ownership of budget allocation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI., • Lead and manage email marketing strategy, including automation flows, segmentation, A/B testing, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns., • Build, implement, and manage the CRM strategy and infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot or similar), ensuring proper lead capture, nurturing, and data organization., • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital content (email, social media, landing pages, blogs)., • Ensure correct implementation of digital assets (banners, tracking, landing pages, etc.)., • Manage SEO/SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and search performance., • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.)., • Extract insights to continuously optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities., • Coordinate with the ticketing department on digital communication for launches, promotions, and sales campaigns., • Support weekly and monthly reporting on performance and KPIs., • Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • +2 years of experience in paid media and digital marketing, preferably in start-ups, agencies, or B2C companies., • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and performance marketing budgets., • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)., • Experience in building or managing CRM systems and customer lifecycle strategies is highly valued., • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar., • Additional training in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Analytics is a plus., • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs)., • Familiarity with automation tools and customer journey mapping., • Experience in sectors such as sports, entertainment, or tourism is a plus., • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) and CMS (WordPress or similar)., • Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills., • Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required., • Willingness to travel.
