As a member of our cross-functional product teams, you will: • Build & Scale: Develop new features for our real-time data analysis platform, AI products or low-code/no-code tools that allow our customers to integrate our services seamlessly., • Engineering Excellence: Write maintainable, well-tested code. We value Software Testing as a fundamental part of our development lifecycle to ensure long-term product stability., • Collaborate: Work closely with designers and fellow engineers to solve complex data and scalability problems., • Experience: 4+ years of experience, ideally in startup environments where you’ve seen different ways of building products., • Technical Depth: Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, and a deep commitment to Software Quality ., • Mindset: You are highly motivated, unafraid of taking risks, and ready to take on responsibilities in your daily work., • Base Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 (Based on seniority and standardized via our career ladder)., • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual variable pay (paid every six months)., • Equity: Phantom Shares - we want you to have a real stake in our growth and a share in the success of an exit or IPO.
