I N T R O D U C T I O N No Regrets is a premium tattoo studio group, founded in the United Kingdom in 2008. We now operate 12 luxury studios across the UK. We are expanding into Spain and establishing our base on the Costa del Sol. We are looking for a capable, organised and technically confident Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder across the whole business: the 12 UK studios, the new Spanish operation and our technology. This is a varied, hands-on role at the centre of a growing international brand, with a strong emphasis on technology. You do not need a tattoo or design background. You do need to be organised, quick to learn, comfortable with software and systems, and fluent in both English and Spanish. About No Regrets and NORA Alongside our studios, No Regrets develops Nora, an AI visual platform that lets people try tattoos on their own body virtually and change the design, size and placement until they are happy with their decision. Nora also powers our tattoo booth technology, which uses 3D scanning to prepare designs fitted to each client. The Founder splits his time between the UK studios, the Spanish expansion and the development of Nora. The Executive Assistant will support all three, so a natural interest in technology and AI tools will make the role far more enjoyable. The Role • Executive Assistant to the Founder Location - Fuengirola, Málaga, with occasional travel to the UK Reports to the Founder of No Regrets The post holder will work directly with the Founder, managing his day-to-day priorities, keeping projects moving and acting as a point of contact for studio managers, suppliers and partners in both the UK and Spain. The role combines classic executive support with practical technology work: setting up and running the tools the business depends on, researching suppliers and software, and helping test and document Nora as it develops. Key Responsibilities + Manage the Founder’s diary, travel, correspondence and priorities, and make sure nothing is missed. + Act as a point of contact for the UK studios and the Spanish business, handling calls, emails and enquiries in English and Spanish. + Coordinate with UK studio managers and head-office staff, chasing actions, collecting information and keeping the Founder informed. + Set up, administer and improve the software the business runs on, including email, calendars, shared drives, booking systems, CRM and project management tools. + Research suppliers, services, software and local requirements, compare options and present clear recommendations. + Support the development of Nora by testing new features, recording feedback and keeping documentation up to date. + Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to draft, summarise, translate and speed up everyday work. + Prepare documents, presentations, spreadsheets and reports to a high standard in both languages. + Liaise with accountants, lawyers, landlords, contractors and authorities in both countries, including as the Spanish base is established. + Keep organised records, track expenses and invoices, and follow up on outstanding actions. + Provide general support to the Founder, including errands, logistics and day-to-day tasks. Candidate Profile - Essential + Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. Both languages are required. + Experience as an executive, personal or administrative assistant, or in a comparable role that demanded organisation, discretion and initiative. + Confident with technology: quick to pick up new software, comfortable with cloud tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and able to troubleshoot everyday problems without being told how. + Excellent written communication and attention to detail in both languages. + Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to manage several priorities at once. + Discreet and trustworthy, with sound judgement when handling confidential information. + Based in, or willing to travel daily to, Fuengirola, and able to travel to the UK occasionally. D E S I R A B L E + Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms or no-code tools such as Zapier, Notion or Airtable. + Experience supporting a founder, small business owner or start-up. + Familiarity with UK and Spanish business administration, such as company filings, registrations, permits and invoicing. + An interest in tattooing, body art, fashion or design. + A full driving licence. What We Offer The successful candidate joins an established international brand at the start of its Spanish expansion, working directly with the Founder and gaining broad exposure to running a business in two countries, from the UK studios and our technology to the day-to-day realities of setting up in Spain. F E E €2,000 per month. H O U R S 37.5 hours per week, mostly Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours and potential overtime. Paid time off - 28 calendar days of paid leave per year Tell us briefly about the tools and systems you are most comfortable with and how you have used them to make someone’s working life easier.
