Main Missions of this Position • Managing the Network team resources both internal and external, • Providing expertise and guidance on the network security best practices, • Planning and designing data communication networks, • Presenting network plans to management staff, • Overseeing the network implementation process, including setting schedules and budgets, • Managing information and network security, • Implementing upgrades to hardware and software as needed, • Performing maintenance and repairs to network equipment, • Keeping documentation of networks, including drawings, descriptions and configurations, • Researching network technologies and staying up to date on advancements in the field, • Planning, designing and maintaining the group firewall infrastructure, • Participate actively to the Security board Technical and Functional Skills • Small team Management including a distributed functional team., • Expert level knowledge of routing and switching technologies, • Confirmed Project Management capability., • Expert level knowledge of firewalls and SASE solution, • Functional understanding of virtualization and VMware, • PKI, • Mobility and Wireless, • Network Monitoring and Tools Soft Skills • Analytical thinking, • Attention to detail, • Communication: Network Manager work with other IT professionals, and strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills can ensure they convey information effectively and accurately. They may also use these skills to present plans and provide networking guidance to management staff., • Leadership: The Network Manager has to act as leader of Network within infrastructure team, • Client and result orientated, • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to divide focus among many different projects Responsibilities • Administer network that enforce security policies and audit controls, • Formulate security architecture recommendations and design security services, • Implement technical solutions to contractual requirements supporting Common Criteria, • Assist in responses to external audits, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments, • Recommend and coordinate the application of fixes, patches, and disaster recovery procedures in the event of a security breach, • Research emerging technologies in support of security enhancement and development efforts, • Conduct risk assessments, penetration tests, and diagnose internet/extranet security, intrusion attempts, and cyber-crime response, • Perform project leadership tasks on select security projects, • Solid familiarity with application and network security, • Must be able to perform hands-on support for a wide range of security technologies including, but not limited to: SEIM, Firewalls, malware analysis and protection, content filtering, logical access controls, identity and access management, data loss prevention, content filtering technologies, application firewalls, vulnerability scanners, LDAP, forensics software, and security incident response Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Network engineering., • Engineering degree, • Cisco Vendor Certifications (CCIE, CCNP Security, etc.), • PMI, Prince2 or equivalent., • Fluent in French & English
