This is a unique opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company at an exciting stage of development and play a key role in bringing a disruptive innovation to surgeons around the world. Your Mission Reporting to the Sales & Marketing leadership, you will combine international sales with channel management to accelerate the adoption of Helix Surgical's femtosecond laser platform. You will act as the commercial ambassador, working closely with surgeons, hospitals and distribution partners to develop new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships and support distributor success. Your territory may include Europe, the Middle East and Asia, depending on business priorities. Up to 50% travelling. KEY RESPONSABILITIES SALES • Follow-up and assist cases very actively, next to the local distributor team, to accelerate the ramping-up of new territories by ensuring first wins., • Be pro-active through the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract signature and customer onboarding., • Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, surgery centres and ophthalmic surgeons., • Deliver compelling product presentations, clinical demonstrations and commercial proposals., • Negotiate and close capital equipment sales in selected territories together with local distributor., • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and reference centres to support market adoption., • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide reliable sales forecasts., • Accelerate deal progression by coordinating activities between Helix Surgical and local distribution partners. DISTRIBUTION & CHANNEL MANAGEMENT • Develop trusted relationships with international distributors and their management teams., • Support distributors in building strong sales pipelines and achieving commercial objectives., • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and identify opportunities to accelerate business., • Participate in strategic customer meetings and support distributors during key sales opportunities., • Train distributor sales teams on product positioning, clinical value proposition and commercial tools. RELATION TO MARKETING & COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop effective lead-generation campaigns., • Share market intelligence and customer feedback to continuously improve commercial strategy., • Represent Helix Surgical at international congresses, workshops, webinars and scientific meetings., • Contribute to the successful launch of new products and commercial initiatives. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE In this role, you will: • Generate sustainable international sales growth., • Expand Helix Surgical's global customer base., • Establish reference centers with leading cataract surgeons., • Successfully introduce an innovative technology into new markets., • Become a trusted commercial partner for both customers and distributors. YOUR PROFILE You are an ambitious international sales professional who enjoys closing deals, developing strategic partnerships and bringing innovative medical technologies to surgeons. You combine strong commercial skills with the ability to engage confidently in clinical discussions and create long-term customer relationships. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE • 5+ years of successful experience in international sales within the medical device industry., • Strong experience in ophthalmology is highly preferred., • Experience selling capital equipment is a significant advantage., • Proven experience working with international distributors and indirect sales channels., • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex commercial agreements., • Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management., • Fluent English is mandatory., • Additional languages are a plus., • French is not required. SALARY RANGE From 75k Euros to 85k Euros, including a 30% variable part. LOCATION Pessac (Bordeaux area), France. Up to 50% travel. Full-time position
