💡 We are looking for a Finance & Admin Manager (Full-Time) to join the Finance team in Paris, reporting to Florian (VP Finance). Your Contribution We are looking for an Finance Associate to support the day-to-day financial operations of the company and play a key role in structuring and improving our finance processes. Ops, Finance & Cash • Manage payables and receivables for the company, • Work closely with Ops teams to ensure smooth financial and operational flows, • Ensure cash collection: track customer payments, follow up on outstanding invoices and improve collection processes, • Identify and implement new processes increase efficiency Accounting & Reporting • Manage the relationship with our external accounting firms in France and internationally, • Oversee accounting operations through our tools (Pennylane, Xero, Apron), • Participate in monthly and quarterly closings, • Support year-end closing and statutory accounts, • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across financial systems Administrative & Cross-Functional Support • Handle day-to-day financial and administrative tasks, • Act as a key point of contact between Finance, Operations and external partners, • Support internal teams on finance-related topics as needed HR & Payroll • Handle HR topics payroll, administration, compliance), include employees management in a fast growing company, • Ensure accurate tracking of HR-related data and documentation Your Profile • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent (BTS / DUT / IUT / License), • 1 to 3 years of experience, ideally gained in:, • An accounting firm, • A finance or operations role within a fast-growing startup / scale-up, • A highly operational finance or administrative position with ownership over processes, • Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Excel, as well as cloud-based finance and HR tools such as Pennylane, Xero, Payfit, Qonto (or equivalent), • Strong analytical and numerical skills, highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals, • Comfortable working in English and in an international environment; additional languages (Spanish and/or German) are a plus, • A true “doer”: hands-on, resourceful and pragmatic, with a strong appetite for operational work, • Able to collaborate closely with multiple teams and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment Your Chance The best investment you can make is in yourself. • Warren Buffett, Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway At Fleet, we create win-win situations.
