We are seeking an engaging, strategic, and scientifically driven Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and positioning for our toxicity and inflammatory model portfolios. As a member of the global Marketing and Product Management team, you will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Business Development, and Scientific teams to translate customer insights, scientific trends, and market opportunities into impactful product strategies that support commercial growth and strengthen Genoskin’s market position. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of existing products and services, from portfolio optimization and positioning to new product development and launch support. You will help ensure that Genoskin’s offerings remain scientifically relevant, commercially differentiated, and aligned with evolving customer and industry needs across drug development, immunology, and toxicity testing applications. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, specifications, and product positioning, • Lead end-to-end product development in close collaboration with R&D and Operations teams, • Translate scientific insights and customer feedback into product features, use cases, and technical requirements, • Align product strategy with company objectives, ensuring feasibility, scalability, scientific relevance and unmet customer needs, • Manage roadmap, backlog, release schedules, and risk mitigation across the product development lifecycle, • Define product value proposition, target market segments, and scientific positioning Customer Insights, Market Research & Competitive Positioning • Lead voice-of-customer initiatives through scientific interviews and customer engagement, • Conduct in-depth market research, including scientific trends and competitive landscape analysis, • Analyze competitor offerings, product design, and positioning to inform differentiation strategies, • Continuously integrate customer feedback and market insights into product evolution and pricing, • Lead the planning, organization, and execution of in-person scientific conferences, serving as the primary point of contact and driving the organization’s presence Go-To-Market Strategy & Commercial Enablement • Define and execute go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with Marketing Managers, • Establish launch goals, timelines, and success criteria; lead product launch execution, • Develop product briefs, messaging frameworks, and scientific narratives to support commercialization, • Partner with Marketing Managers on campaign planning, content strategy, lead generation, and channel execution, • Support website, SEO, webinars, and conference strategies with strong scientific input Product Performance & Cross-Functional Leadership • Track product performance post-launch, including adoption, usage, customer feedback, and scientific fit., • Define pricing strategies based on scientific value and market expectations., • Act as the central point of coordination across R&D, operations, marketing, and sales teams., • Ensure clear communication of product updates, priorities, and strategy to internal stakeholders., • Drive continuous improvement of the product based on data, customer insights, and business needs. Qualifications • Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent experience) in immunology, toxicology, or a related field, • 2+ years of experience in a commercial capacity, preferably in biotech, pharma, CRO, or life sciences tools/services preferred, • Strong understanding of scientific workflows, experimental design, and translational relevance, • Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear product strategies and customer value propositions, • Excellent communication skills, with experience creating or guiding scientific and marketing content, • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights, • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment, • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively, • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills What We Offer • The opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a growing global CRO at the forefront of human-based research models, • A collaborative environment where Marketing and Product Management work hand-in-hand to accelerate innovation, • Growth potential within a fast-paced, mission-driven company Who We Are Genoskin is a life science company based in Toulouse, France and Salem, MA. that leverages non-clinical immunoprofiling testing to reduce the risks associated with drugs, vaccines, medical devices or cosmetic actives development, providing earlier access to higher quality human data.
