As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager/Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to support the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Independently handle corporate tax filings, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT)., • Identify potential tax and business risks and develop effective solutions to address tax-related issues., • Oversee all aspects of the company’s tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes., • Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payments., • Provide strategic tax planning and advice to minimize tax liabilities and support business decisions., • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and liaise with tax authorities as needed., • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their potential impact on the business., • Assist with tax audits, ensuring proper documentation and effective risk management., • Collaborate with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes., • Prepare and maintain tax reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably within a multinational environment or a Big Four firm., • Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations., • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail., • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite., • Fluent in French and English (Chinese is a plus)., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
