Lean Improvement Project Management Specialist What You'll Do • Manage the full lifecycle of regional lean improvement projects, including project initiation, target setting, solution design, planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk control, issue escalation, and project closing evaluation., • Drive key improvement projects around cost reduction, efficiency improvement, lead time optimization, quality improvement, exception reduction, and delivery station capability enhancement., • Coordinate resources across warehouses, transportation teams, delivery stations, systems, IT, finance, procurement, customer service, and external service providers to ensure timely issue resolution during project execution., • Establish project management mechanisms for progress tracking, risk management, benefit tracking, and issue lists, and regularly prepare project progress reports and management updates., • Promote project review and knowledge retention, and develop reusable project management methods, templates, and improvement mechanisms. About You • More than 3 years of experience in project management, operational improvement, logistics improvement, or supply chain projects., • Experience in warehouse, transportation, delivery, supply chain, or third-party logistics projects is preferred., • Familiarity with project management methodologies; PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar methodology knowledge is preferred., • Strong cross-functional coordination capability, execution capability, and risk management awareness., • Ability to independently drive project implementation and prepare clear project reviews and management reports.
