Position Overview As a key interface between our Engineering, Programs, and Operations groups, the Planning and Scheduling manager plays a critical role in ensuring the on-time delivery of our complex antenna measurement systems to customers across the globe. Operating at the crossroads of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management, this individual will own the end-to-end delivery schedule and drive alignment across our three regions (APAC, EMEA, and NAM). Responsibilities Schedule Management • Maintain and continuously optimize a master delivery schedule, integrating engineering progress, design release milestones, raw material availability, and production plans, • Ensure the schedule reflects real-time priorities and is accessible and transparent to all stakeholders Cross-functional coordination • Lead bi-weekly Program-to-Operations reviews, aligning delivery priorities with Project Managers across APAC, EMEA, and NAM regions, • Participate in weekly engineering reviews across multiple sites, in coordination with Engineering Managers, to track design progress and anticipate upcoming design releases for production scheduling, • Conduct monthly alignment meetings with production teams to build and maintain a rolling 2–3 month production and capacity plan, • Review detailed site weekly production plans and challenge any conflict with overall supply chain schedule and program needs Supply Chain Visibility • Own and maintain the overall supply chain delivery schedule, providing clear and up-to-date visibility to Project Managers and Regional Program Managers, • Proactively identify risks related to material availability, capacity constraints, or engineering delays, and drive mitigation actions Change Management • Collect and assess major program changes (e.g., customer site delays, prioritization requests) from Program teams and cascade the necessary adjustments down to manufacturing and supply chain in a timely manner Digital Tools & Continuous Improvement • Design, develop, and deploy live digital dashboards to enable real-time collection and sharing of planning information across Project Managers, production sites, and engineering teams, • Champion the adoption of digital planning tools and drive continuous improvement in planning processes and data quality Requirements Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, • 5+ years of experience in a planning, scheduling, or supply chain role within a complex technical or engineered-to-order environment (aerospace, defense, telecoms, test & measurement, or similar industries), • Proven experience managing multi-site and/or multi-regional planning processes, • Experience working in a matrix organization, interfacing with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams, • Familiarity with hardware development cycles, including design release processes and their impact on production scheduling Skills & Competencies • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly:, • MS Word for technical documentation and reports, • MS Excel for scheduling, tracking, and data analysis, • Familiarity with project management tools and document control systems, • Familiarity with multiple ERP systems, knowledge of SAP By Design is a plus, • Experience with deployment of automation / AI tools for Supply Chain is a plus Management & Leadership Skills • Strong project and resource management capabilities, • Experience in scheduling and capacity planning for design workflows, • Ability to monitor, track, and report on design progress and performance, • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing international stakeholders, • Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical design solutions, • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and international offices What We Offer • Professional development opportunities, • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects for prestigious clients, • Collaborative international working environment How to Apply Please submit your CV and cover letter to: joseph.moore@mvg-world.com MVG is an equal opportunity employer.
