We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, Export to help deliver outstanding customer service and support our sales teams, distributors, and customers across the region. What you’ll do • Process customer orders accurately and on time (ERP – Customer Service module), • Maintain customer account records and order history, • Support consignment and tender agreements where applicable; monitor consignment and boot stock, • Monitor inventory to fulfill orders and manage backorders, • Coordinate customer complaints and RGAs with Customer Service and Quality teams, • Manage product returns in coordination with the European warehouse, • Answer customer/distributor/sales inquiries and route requests to the right stakeholders, • Provide sales reports upon request, • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality system requirements, • Perform additional duties as assigned What we’re looking for • Proven experience in a customer service / order management role, • Confidence with digital tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ideally an ERP, • A structured, detail-oriented way of working—while juggling multiple priorities, • Clear, professional communication skills (written & verbal) and a customer-first mindset, • Fluency in French and strong English (spoken and written), • Nice to have: medical devices/high-tech experience and exposure to a direct sales organization, • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) #hiring #customerservice #customersuccess #operations #medicaldevices #supplychain #jobopportunity #TerumoNeuro #MedicalDevice #WorkWithUs
