Originally founded in 1982, the brand combines advanced skin science with medical‑grade product development to offer highly effective solutions for sensitive, compromised, and barrier‑weakened skin. Now expanding globally through strategic retail partnerships, including its exclusive launches at Sephora Europe, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to ensure the successful development, execution, and acceleration of AESTURA’s commercial strategy across our key retail partners, driving sustainable growth, visibility, and excellence in brand execution. As the brand portfolio evolves, this role may progressively expand to oversee multiple derma brands within the Amorepacific group. Missions : 1. Key Account Management • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, including specialized retailers, pharmacies, parapharmacies, derma‑aesthetic networks., • Build and negotiate annual commercial agreements: conditions, discounts, counter‑benefits, space allocations, listings, and promotional plans., • Monitor the execution of agreements: pricing, visibility, planograms, and brand compliance. 2. Business Development • Achieve sell‑in and sell‑out growth objectives., • Manage performance through weekly/monthly analysis, identifying growth drivers and corrective action plans., • Oversee product lifecycle management: launches, animations, discontinuations, and stock levels. 3. Dermocosmetic Expertise & Ambassador • Present clinical benefits, active ingredients, demonstrations, and brand protocols to client teams., • Coordinate training for pharmacy and retail teams to improve recommendation and conversion., • Support internal teams in field activations. 4. Marketing & Trade • Develop a 360° activation plan: promotions, animations, POS materials, digital retail, and CRM., • Adapt global marketing strategies to the needs of key accounts., • Ensure optimal implementation of branded spaces and in‑store visibility. 5. Operations & Forecasting • Monitor stock levels, service rates, and OOS with the supply chain teams., • Build reliable sales forecasts for new launches and key commercial periods., • Prepare regular reporting for internal shakeholders, including Brand HQ. PROFILE • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, dermocosmetics, pharma, or premium skincare., • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts with strong sell‑in / sell‑out accountability., • Demonstrated strength in commercial negotiation, contract management, and building long-term partnerships., • Ability to lead with excellence, representing Amorepacific group and AESTURA brand as a strong business ambassador., • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and retail partners., • Solid understanding of dermocosmetics, active ingredients, and pharmacy/retail ecosystems., • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, performance tracking, and operational follow‑through., • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing international stakeholders., • Fluency in English and French; Korean is a plus.
