EMEA Recruitment is supporting a search for an Accounting Manager to join a growing production business. This role will play a key part in overseeing financial reporting, ensuring robust controls, and partnering with the business to support operational and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: • Oversee the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting for assigned entities, • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs, • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and local statutory requirements, • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and advisors, • Monitor balance sheet positions and identify potential risks or improvement areas, • Support the implementation of finance process improvements and standardization initiatives, • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance, • Maintain and strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks Profile: • Qualified Finance professional with solid experience in financial accounting and reporting, • Proven track record in a complex, fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar sector, • Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS and/or French GAAP), • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on, • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset, • Fluent in English and French Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we’re only able to contact those selected for the next stage of the process.
