This is a highly hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys both creative and technical design work, from concept development through to detailed tech packs and factory communication. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability, attention to detail and a passion for product are key. What you’ll be doing • Support the development of seasonal collections, from concept through to final product, • Research trends and contribute to creative direction across performance and luxury apparel, • Produce detailed technical flat sketches and CADs, • Create and maintain tech packs including measurements, trims, construction and fabric specifications, • Communicate design intent clearly with pattern cutters and manufacturing partners, • Update designs following fittings and reviews, • Support across apparel, branding and trim design where needed, • Contribute to range planning and product development processes What we’re looking for • 2–3 years’ experience in a Designer or Junior Designer role, • Background in luxury, premium or performance apparel (outerwear essential), • Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fit and grading, • Experience working with factories and product development teams, • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel/Google Sheets, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, • Strong attention to detail and quality Technical knowledge • Performance fabrics (composition, waterproofing, breathability, wind resistance), • Insulation types (down and synthetic) and construction methods, • Knitwear fundamentals (yarns, gauge, performance), • Garment construction techniques across outerwear and knitwear, • Awareness of trends within technical and luxury apparel Skills & attributes • Creative and commercially aware, with a strong product instinct, • Detail-oriented with high quality standards, • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business, • Strong communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners, • Passion for the outdoors or performance environments is highly beneficial Working pattern Hybrid working: 3 days in the London office, 2 days from home Salary: up to 45k
