Your responsibilities include: • Seamlessly communicating with customers to provide excellent service and address their specific needs., • Performing dress fittings and alterations with precision, ensuring garments fit perfectly., • Executing sewing techniques of the highest standard on a variety of high-quality garments, including delicate fabrics., • Collaborating with the design team to understand garment specifications and requirements., • Upholding strict quality control standards to ensure all finished products meet our high standards., • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including proper maintenance of sewing equipment., • Staying updated on industry trends and techniques related to garment construction and alterations. Requirements: • Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and team members., • Proven experience as a seamstress, demonstrating exceptional sewing skills on high-quality garments., • Proficiency in various sewing techniques, including alterations and garment construction., • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision., • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor., • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines., • Reliability and punctuality, demonstrating a strong work ethic., • Knowledge of industry best practices and adaptability to new techniques and technologies., • **MUST have at least 15 years experience.

we are a headwear manufacturing company.. we have a pleasent team producing hats and scarves for an established clientelle. we have 3 positions currently available. one for pattern making. one for sewing and one for ironing and light sewing.

We are looking for an experienced professional tailor/seamstress to join our team. Central London location, windows, daylight, fresh air, friendly and professional environment, flexible working hours. Leather, wedding and suits experience is a must. Must be knowledgable, experienced, punctual, have proper speed, have an attention to detail. Must have right to work in the UK. No smokers(or smoke outside of work hours please). Must be able to do fittings with the clients. This is not cash in hand job, all payments will be done through the invoice/bank. While we appreciate if you have good fashion education or worked for major brands, what is most important for us if that you can do the job properly and in timely manner.
