Be a part of something special within a new concept in the heart of Leigh-On-Sea, Essex.

Franks brings something new to a busy, affluent and exciting town very soon. Our concept is exciting, creative and focused on providing a fun atmosphere with a high level of service.

Our venue will have 60 covers ranging from restaurant style dining to relaxed comfortable seating areas.

Our vision is to create a culture that provides a level of service and food experience that will make you want to return time and time again. To achieve this, we are focusing on a Latin American/Mexican theme to bring something new to the area. You will be operating a 70% fresh menu and standards are expected to be high and innovative.

The operation will function from morning thru evening and provide second to none service through all sittings. Guests will be able to enjoy themselves until 1am from Thursday through to Sunday.

As part of the role within this new role will be to help develop the menu and work with the owners to create a menu that strikes the required gross profit margins, guest satisfaction reviews, kitchen operation and stock management levels.
