Role: .NET Back End Engineer Location: Swansea (Hybrid working) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits If you want to build software that’s used by major financial institutions across the world, this is worth a look. You’ll join a small, trusted engineering team working on secure digital workflows that replace slow, paper-heavy processes for global banks. The work you do will directly reduce fraud, speed up lending decisions and improve customer journeys at scale. Job Details You’ll focus on back-end development across a modern C#/.NET environment. The team is three engineers plus a Dev Manager who leads with trust, gives you autonomy and avoids micromanagement. There’s plenty of variety: integrations, new features, system improvements and ongoing customer projects. Job Responsibilities • Build and improve back-end services for secure document sharing, digital signing and financial workflow automation, • Develop integrations with global banks to ensure data moves securely and reliably, • Support new customer journeys and enhancements to the platform, • Work on a pipeline of integrations, maintenance, purge work and data extraction projects, • Collaborate closely with the Dev Manager, Front End Engineer and QA in an agile environment, • Contribute to a culture where ideas are welcomed and engineers are given space to do their best work Technology Environment • C#, • ASP.NET Core, • ASP.NET Web API, • SQL, • Microservices, • On-prem and collocated servers, • AI-assisted workflows, • React experience is welcome but not required.
