A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive superstar Workplace Coordinator/EA to the Creative Director (CD) of The Kemist clothing brand.
This role is based entirely on-site at our studio in Leyton, approximately a 10-minute walk from Lea Bridge station.

Responsibilities:
Office Management
Manage daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and the workspace remains enjoyable and well-maintained.
Act as the first point of contact, providing exceptional day-to-day office management support to the Creative Director (CD).
Serve as the primary liaison for building management, handling maintenance, repairs, and operational issues.
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and functionality of common areas, breakout spaces, and meeting rooms.
Handle stationery supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee printer upkeep, working with IT for troubleshooting.
Organise internal events, team-building activities, and annual gatherings to foster a positive and engaging company culture.


Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Manage the CD’s inbox: screen, flag, and respond to emails as needed.
Provide tailored support to the CD by managing diverse tasks, projects, and administrative needs.
Ensure all contracts, such as business insurance and cleaning services, are in place and keep track of renewals.
Take on additional ad hoc responsibilities as required.
