    £16–£18 per hour | Full-time | Mainly 12:00–23:00 shifts Location: Notting Hill, London We are seeking a confident and experienced Sous Chef to play a key leadership role in our kitchen, as we continue to redefine our concept under Jackson Boxer. This is a hands-on role for a chef who thrives in fast-paced service, leads from the front, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food with consistency and precision. This is not your typical prep role — you will be at the heart of a kitchen focused on quality, consistency, and bold flavours, supporting a modern, produce-driven interpretation of Mexican cuisine.
