Our unit is known for serving high-quality Greek food at incredible speed, and we need people who can bring positive energy, work efficiently, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, love great food, and want to be part of a friendly, hardworking team throughout December. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service at all times., • Take orders confidently and handle payments using our till systems., • Assist in preparing and serving Greek dishes such as gyros, halloumi, sides, and drinks (training provided)., • Maintain a clean, organised workstation, including food preparation areas, counters, and equipment., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times., • Restock ingredients and packaging, monitor stock levels, and report shortages., • Work efficiently as part of a high-output team capable of serving up to 400 customers per hour during peak events., • Uphold the brand’s reputation for delivering high-quality, consistent food with a smile — even when it’s busy! Skills & Qualities: • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude., • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, energetic environment., • Strong teamwork and communication skills., • Quick learner with good attention to detail., • Reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed., • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is helpful but not essential — training will be provided.
