About IntraQuest IntraQuest is a specialist learning and wellbeing provider nestled within a beautiful conservation area on the cusp of Saddleworth, Greater Manchester. Our name means internal journey, and this is foundational to our mission. We help people understand themselves more deeply so they can live more empowered, intentional and meaningful lives. As a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming social enterprise, we deliver high-quality therapeutic, reflective and educational services for schools, families, local authorities, professionals and individuals. Our Reflective Supervision service is one of our flagship offers. We are widely commissioned by schools, SEND and safeguarding teams, health and social care professionals, and community organisations. Clients return year after year because of the emotional depth, psychological safety and relational containment our model provides. We are also known for our work with complex emotional presentations, particularly those shaped by trauma, attachment histories and neurodiversity. Our environment - nature, animals, tranquillity and purpose-designed reflective spaces - is intentionally created to support this delicate work. Alongside supervision, we are developing a post-diagnosis neurodiversity coaching programme supporting children, young people and adults. As this grows, Supervisors will have opportunities to extend their role into this area based on interest and experience. We are a warm, grounded, relational and values-led team. We welcome colleagues who bring authenticity, reflection, humour, compassion and a deep respect for the human experience.
