What You’ll Bring You'll have a minimum 5 years’ experience within a complex design-to-order engineering organisation, operating within a Quality-focused engineering role. Strong knowledge of root cause analysis and process control techniques, strong working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and production techniques and experience diagnosing manufacturing faults and non-conformance issues are all important pre-requisites. Ideally you will hold HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline and have formal Quality training (e.g., CQI / IRCA trained auditor) but experience will be considered without formal qualifications.
