The role: Youll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly working closely with Account Managers and multiple departments. No two days are the same and youll get great exposure to different areas of the business ideal for someone looking to build on their existing skills and grow their career. • Responding to internal emails and supporting Account Managers and colleagues across departments, • Coordinating order information and ensuring accuracy across systems, • Handling product sample requests and providing relevant product details, • Processing purchase requests and managing associated administration, • Liaising with departments to track orders allocations and stock quantities, • Attending team meetings to share customer updates and insights, • Updating the CRM system with accurate detailed information, • Responding promptly and professionally to customer emails What are we looking for This company is looking for a like-minded individual who shares the exceptional values of their remarkable team. To thrive in this position you should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or account support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills are also essential.
