About the Role We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a fast-paced role involving picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch to ensure customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities • Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or handheld scanners, • Packing products safely and efficiently, • Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling and wrapping, • Loading and unloading deliveries, • Conducting basic quality checks on products, • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe, • Working to daily targets and deadlines What We’re Looking For • Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred (but not essential), • Good attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player, • Physically fit and able to be on your feet for most of the shift What We Offer • Consistent afternoon/evening shift, • Friendly and supportive team environment, • Ongoing work with potential for permanent opportunities, • On-the-job training provided Marton Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
