Our Integrated Service Programme (ISP) encompasses a network of professionals—including social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists—who collaborate to ensure that both children and foster parents receive the support they deserve. Your Role\n As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in: \n\n • Providing direct support to foster parents with a manageable caseload, ensuring high-quality supervision.\n, • Conducting regular supervision sessions to monitor and enhance foster parents' practices while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.\n, • Collaborating with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate meaningful participation in assessments, planning, and decision-making related to safeguarding and child protection.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is: \n\n • Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.\n, • Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment.\n, • Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.\n, • Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.\n, • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation pertaining to children’s services.\n, • Holds a full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.\nWorking Conditions\n This is a full-time position that offers a dynamic and rewarding work environment. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP.
