You will have experience of analysing complex issues, turning evidence into practical recommendations and delivering outcomes through collaboration with others.\n \nYou will be confident engaging senior stakeholders, building effective relationships and working across organisational boundaries to achieve shared objectives.\n Essential Requirements \n \n\n • Experience of leading strategy development, including developing strategies that set longer term overarching direction for an operational delivery organisation and/or multiple areas (for example operational, productivity, customer, digital, target operating model etc.) or substantial use of strategic tools and techniques\n, • Experience operationalising strategies for large-scale organisations\n, • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and produce high-quality written products for a range of audiences, including senior decision-makers\n, • Experience of building effective partnerships and influencing senior stakeholders across organisational boundaries to deliver strategic outcomes in complex organisational\n, • Proven leadership capability, including developing individuals and leading high-performing teams in a complex environment\n, • Ability to interpret technical and operational information and translate it into clear strategy advice.\n, • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw key insights from data and develop evidence-based proposals\n, • Experience of developing or working within complex assurance, reporting or performance frameworks.\n\n \nDesirable:\n \n\n • Understanding or experience in enterprise design and strategic engagement across complex stakeholder landscapes.\n\n Behaviours \n \nWe‘ll assess you against these behaviours during the selection process:\n \n\n • Seeing the Big Picture\n, • Leadership\n, • Communicating and Influencing\n\n Benefits \n \nAlongside your salary of 59,342, HM Revenue and Customs contributes 17,191 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
