    Evening Carer Required Are you a kind, experienced carer looking for a small but meaningful role where you can truly make a difference? We are looking for a warm and reliable Carer (male or female) to join our team supporting a client in West Kingsdown TN15 6DX, three evenings per week. This is a lovely, short visit where your compassion and confidence will make all the difference. Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6:00pm – 6:45pm Perfect for someone looking to top up their hours with a consistent package. About the Role You will be working as part of a double-handed care team, providing: • PEG feeding support (experience desirable), • Gentle reassurance and companionship, • Dementia-aware support Responsibilities • Assist resident with personal care routines such as bathing, dressing, and grooming in accordance with care plans, • Support residents with mobility and daily activities, promoting independence where possible, • Administer medication as directed and maintain accurate records of care provided, • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and team members to ensure consistent and compassionate support, • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety policies, • Document observations and any changes in residents’ conditions accurately, • Follow organisational policies regarding confidentiality and safeguarding at all times What We’re Looking For • Experience with PEG feeding, • Experience supporting clients with dementia, • Domiciliary or complex care experience preferred, • You must be reliable, punctual and respectful, • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written, • Basic IT skills for recording care notes and updating care plans, • Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable but not essential; training will be provided, • Ability to work independently during evening shifts while collaborating effectively with the team, • Driving licence is advantageous for supporting outings or transportation needs, • Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals, • Organised approach to managing multiple tasks efficiently during shifts What We Offer £16.81 – £23.00 per hour Fortnightly pay Uniform and PPE Supportive, approachable management A caring team environment where you are valued Please Note This advert is specifically for this TN15 6DX evening package only! This role involves a combination of customer service, food and beverage service, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment, supporting the culinary staff, and ensuring a smooth operation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant settings. Prior experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
