We are working on behalf of a well-established residential developer to recruit an experienced Sales Advisor for an exciting new development in Bexhill-on-Sea. As Sales Advisor, you will be the on-site representative for the developer, responsible for driving sales and managing buyers through the entire purchasing journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-led housebuilder on a scheme of 89 homes, comprising a mix of apartments and houses. The role will suit a confident and personable sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering a first-class buying experience. Key responsibilities: • Managing all sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion, • Conducting viewings and presenting the development to prospective purchasers, • Building strong relationships with buyers, agents, and internal stakeholders, • Maintaining accurate records and reporting via CRM systems, • Ensuring the sales suite and show homes are always presented to a high standard, • Working towards and exceeding sales targets, • Progressing sales by liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and the wider team Requirements: • Previous experience working for a residential developer in a Sales Advisor role (essential), • Strong understanding of the new homes sales process, • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Professional, proactive, and self-motivated, • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bexhill-on-Sea What’s on Offer • Competitive basic salary with an attractive commission structure, • Opportunity to work on a well-located, high-quality development, • Stable and supportive working environment, • Clear potential for progression within the business Working Pattern • Thursday to Monday (weekend working required), • Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday Ref: 4283BB
