Electro-Mechanical Assembly Key Responsibilities & Skills Carry out electro-mechanical assembly and build mechanical sub-assemblies to required specifications. Perform point-to-point wiring, cable crimping, looming and termination. Undertake soldering and wiring to a high standard. Read and accurately interpret electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and assembly drawings. Locate, diagnose and repair faults in electrical power supply equipment. Correctly use, maintain and care for a range of hand tools, power tools, test equipment and measuring instruments. Confidently use hand tools including spanners, screwdrivers and ratchet sets, as well as electric power tools. Use a variety of crimping tools correctly and safely. Ensure all work is completed to the required quality, safety and workmanship standards. Interview Process: 1st stage is a Teams Interview with HR. 2nd stage is an onsite interview with HR & CEO. Then after that, an introduction to the production Supervisor. H&S: Must wear safety shoes at times whilst working on the shop floor
