    The Rifleman, Twickenham is hiring a Full-Time Bar Supervisor/Trainee Assistant Manager! 40 hours per week | £15 per hour About us: The Rifleman is a proper community pub tucked away in Twickenham, with a focus on great beer, good company and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re closed now while we give the pub a new lease of life, but the plan is to be back open by the beginning of November with a great selection of cask ales, craft beers and lagers, alongside live music, pub quizzes and plenty of rugby! We’re a small, friendly team looking for someone who wants to be part of building a brilliant local pub. About you: We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor/Trainee Assistant Manager who enjoys chatting with customers and takes pride in running a great pub. Previous bar experience is essential, ideally with some supervisory experience. An interest in cask ale and craft beer would be a big bonus, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a community pub. The role: • 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends., • £15 per hour., • Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub., • Opening and closing, cash handling and stock management., • Serving customers, changing barrels and maintaining beer quality., • Helping lead a small team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our regulars and new customers alike. We are looking for an experienced and dependable Chef de Partie to join our long-standing kitchen team. The role Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will take responsibility for your section and help maintain consistently high standards throughout preparation and service.
