As our Responsible AI Lead , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our AI solutions are developed and deployed safely, ethically, and responsibly. Sitting at the heart of our AI function, you’ll define and lead the AA’s Responsible AI strategy, balancing innovation with risk, governance with delivery, and regulation with real-world impact. This is a hands-on leadership role with influence across Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, and Data Protection, helping teams move fast while doing the right thing.
