You’ll manage bids and tenders, create high-quality content, and support marketing initiatives, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and reflect our brand. Key Responsibilities: • Write and collate content for bids, tenders, and selection questionnaires, • Maintain the bid content library and bid schedules, • Liaise with delivery, estimating, and operational teams to meet deadlines, • Support tender administration, including meetings, folders, and tracking opportunities, • Assist with marketing: website, social media, newsletters, and branded materials Skills & Experience: • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, • Excellent written communication tailored to different audiences, • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment, • Experience in bid writing/coordination, ideally in public-sector contracts (construction, housing maintenance, or facilities management), • Proficient in MS Office; experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is a bonus Qualifications: • Degree in English, Marketing, or related field, HND, or equivalent, • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role Why Join Us: • Work across bids, tender management, and marketing, • Exposure to diverse projects in a collaborative team environment
