The Role You will lead both strategic and operational facilities management, taking full ownership of: • Workplace and estate strategy across multiple sites, • Major projects including office relocation and fit-outs, • Health & Safety transformation and compliance, • ESG and sustainability initiatives, • Supplier and contractor management, • Workplace experience and office engagement You will also play a key role in deciding the future of a large, complex Manchester HQ, with significant investment or relocation on the table.
