We are looking for an Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, Indo - Chinese and demonstrate excellence in traditional cooking methods, flavor balancing, and presentation. This role involves menu development, kitchen management, food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards. Prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes using traditional and modern cooking techniques. Develop and innovate Indian cuisine menu items based on seasonal availability and customer preferences. Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as necessary. Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Train junior chefs in Indian culinary techniques and recipes. Collaborate with restaurant management on pricing, plating, and customer feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Indian Chef (restaurant, hotel, or catering). Deep knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking methods (tandoor, curries, breads, etc.). Strong leadership and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Language Skills: Proficient in both Polish and English. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong reporting abilities. Driver’s License: Valid driving license is essential.
