Join our dynamic team as a Commis Chef at the Crown & Anchor, a historic 16th-century pub nestled on Dell Quay Marina, offering breathtaking views of Chichester Harbour. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience, pairing stunning scenery with exquisite cuisine. Our menu, crafted by Head Chef Phyl, features the best of local, seasonal seafood and British classics with a modern twist. You'll work with fresh, locally sourced produce, from nearby farms to daily-landed seafood. Our menus evolve with the seasons, ensuring you gain experience with a diverse range of ingredients and dynamic dishes throughout the year. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to contribute to our busy seasonal kitchen. No prior experience is necessary; we value a keen attitude and a willingness to learn.
