We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-established, friendly and supportive practice in County Durham. This is a fantastic chance for SAVA graduates to shadow FRICS Surveyors and those who have AssocRICS or higher credentials to join a supportive team working across a range of residential and commercial properties. Residential Surveyor requirements: • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified, • SAVA graduates are also considered, • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, • Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities, • Full-time role, • Hybrid working, • Up to £50,000 Basic (around £35,000 for newly qualified SAVA members, with up to £50,000 for AssocRICS), • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Company benefits, • Strong administrative support, • Conducting Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a variety of residential & commercial properties. (Training can be provided on level 3 if necessary), • Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations (advantageous), • Prepare clear and thorough reports, including recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements., • Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, delivering quality reports.
