Regional Chef - Darlington Food Production & Service • Prepare, cook, and present food to the required quality and presentation standards, • Support delivery of menu cycles and packed meal production where required, • Assist with service periods to ensure smooth and efficient food delivery, • Maintain consistency of food quality and portion control across sites, • Train and coach skills to the team as required, • Provide hands-on support to kitchen teams across multiple locations, • Cover sites during periods of absence, vacancies, or increased operational demand, • Support new site openings or temporary operational challenges as required, • Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen, and health & safety regulations, • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas, • Complete and support required food safety and health & safety documentation
