Your role : As Sales Executive, you will join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential. Responsibilities : • Travel throughout UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers., • Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements., • Administer and manage customer accounts., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data., • Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings., • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets., • Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales., • Coordinate sales projects efficiently., • Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs., • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training., • Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business., • Conducting pricing analysis on customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated., • Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives., • Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translate it to solutions to meet customer needs., • Monitor financial & payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing., • Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events. Key skills & Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)., • Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team., • Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure., • Valid UK driving licence., • Full availability to travel across the UK.
