Person Specification: • Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England., • Proven experience working with vulnerable adolescents or asylum-seeking young people., • Sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures, trauma-informed practice, and CSE., • Excellent communication, recording, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to manage complex situations calmly and effectively., • Comfortable working both independently from home and within a team environment.
